Return Policy
We’re so bummed it didn't work is the breakdown: We accept returns received to us within fifteen (15) days of purchase (the date listed on your receipt) Items must be be unwashed, unworn and unaltered, free of pet hair, deodorant and makeup to receive a refund. Items that do not meet these requirements will not receive a refund or store credit.
SALE items, flash sale items (40% and over off) and presets are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for store credit, refunds or exchanges. Items returned after 15 days have up to 30 days to be returned for a store credit for the current price of the item. Please note pre-order items are made to order and cannot be canceled. Exchanges and store credits are offered within 30 days of when your pre-order item ships.

We’re bummed your item didn’t work out but here's how easy it is to return! 

Go ahead and ship back your item where you will be refunded to your form of payment (credit card, PayPal etc.) with a $7 shipping and handling fee that will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Once we received your return, returns will be issued within 3-5 business days.  

 Exchanges and Store Credit

If you wish to exchange, please note your exchange choice. If you wish to get store credit instead of a refund, please note so on your return form. 

If returns do not meet the requirements above, we will contact you and the items will be returned to you at your expense. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, misuse or damage by the customer.
